These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of hnahsinkut.com, the Hnahsin Kut mobile application, and purchases made through these services. The merchant for purchases covered by these terms is Mark Advertising, Ramhlun, Aizawl, Mizoram, India ("we", "us", or "our"). Hnahsin Kut takes place in Champhai, Mizoram.
1. Booking terms and eligibility
Please read these terms, our Cancellation & Refund Policy, and the description and conditions of your selected purchase before paying. Make purchases only if you are legally competent to enter into a contract, or through a parent or legal guardian where appropriate. Any age, entry, or participation restrictions displayed for a particular activity also apply.
Provide accurate booking and contact information and check the selected dates, quantities, inclusions, and total payable before confirming your order. Keep your account credentials and ticket QR codes secure and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
2. Prices and payment confirmation
Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The amount payable, including any applicable taxes and separately charged fees, is displayed before payment. Your purchase covers only the services expressly included in its description; other activities, food, transport, accommodation, and purchases may be charged separately.
Payments are processed through the payment methods offered at checkout, including Razorpay where available. A debit notification, payment screenshot, or pending transaction alone does not establish a confirmed booking. Confirmation depends on successful payment verification and issuance of an order or booking confirmation. Contact support if your account is debited but your booking is not confirmed; please check the existing transaction before attempting another payment.
3. Digital delivery and fulfilment
Festival passes and applicable booking credentials are issued digitally following successful payment verification and booking confirmation, and can be accessed through the relevant account or booking service on the website or app. No physical shipping is involved in these digital purchases. If you cannot access a confirmed booking, contact support with your order and payment reference. The booked service is provided on the date and at the location specified for that booking, subject to notified arrangements under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Pass validity and admission
A pass is valid only for its stated dates, entry entitlement, and included services. Follow the conditions shown for your pass, including any identity checks, re-entry rules, or wristband requirements. Unauthorised resale, alteration, duplication, or fraudulent use of passes is prohibited. A copied or previously redeemed credential does not create an additional entitlement to entry.
Attendees must comply with reasonable safety, security, and venue instructions. Admission may be refused, or a person removed, for an invalid booking, fraud, unlawful conduct, or behaviour presenting a safety risk. Refund eligibility in such circumstances is governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.
5. Activities and vendor bookings
Where offered, separately paid activities, hunts, draw entries, and vendor or stall bookings are subject to their published eligibility, participation, allotment, and fulfilment conditions. Review those conditions before paying. A stall application or bid does not itself guarantee allotment, and an entry in a draw does not guarantee a prize. These terms do not replace the specific rules disclosed for the relevant service or any mandatory legal requirements.
6. Programme changes and disruption
Performers, timings, venue arrangements, and individual activities may change for operational, safety, weather, or other reasons. A change to an element of a general festival programme does not by itself mean that the entire purchased service has been cancelled. Where a change affects a specifically purchased service, cancellation or postponement will be addressed under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Severe weather, government directions, emergencies, and other circumstances beyond reasonable control may require changes, suspension, or cancellation. We will communicate relevant arrangements through the website, app, or booking contact details. Such circumstances do not remove any remedy required by applicable law.
7. Responsible use and limitations
Do not misuse the website or app, interfere with their operation, access another person's account without authorisation, or use the services for fraud or unlawful activity. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address such misuse. A restriction does not extinguish any valid claim relating to an existing purchase.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business opportunities or independently arranged travel and accommodation costs arising from programme changes or disruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Privacy and payment security
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies to payment processing. Never send support your card security code, UPI PIN, banking password, or payment authentication OTP.
9. Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes may be brought before courts or consumer forums having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing here restricts a statutory right to seek a remedy or raise a payment dispute.
This policy version takes effect when published. Updates apply prospectively; the terms disclosed when a purchase was made govern that purchase, subject to applicable law and any subsequent arrangement agreed with the customer. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
